This one-week intensive course offers participants an opportunity to develop specialist-level knowledge in litigating health-related rights at the national, regional, and international levels. The 2017 course will include a special focus on regulation of private actors, but will also cover broader topics addressed in previous years. In addition to the moot court competition, we are pleased to add a session and group exercise on fundraising in 2017.

Program fees for the Health Rights Litigation Intensive include costs associated with the course materials as well as daily lunch and welcome reception. Participants are responsible for all other expenses (i.e. housing, meals, transportation, travel, etc.).

Certificate of Attendance
Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance from the O’Neill Institute upon completion of the Summer Program.
Please note that registration cancellations and requests for refunds must be received in writing to email@example.com by Monday, May 22, 2017. All refund requests will be charged a $100 administrative handling fee and will be processed after the conference. There will be no refunds after June 12, 2017.
