Kate Stewart, J.D., M.P.H., was a law fellow at the O’Neill Institute from 2010-2011. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University, a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Master of Public Health degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Kate is interested in several areas of global and domestic health law, including HIV/AIDS policy, health reform, and the intersection of health law and tax law.
