Mohammad Obaidat, DVM, Ph.D., was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the O’Neill Institute and a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Science in the School of Nursing & Health Studies.

Dr. Obaidat has been exposed to diverse perspectives and research areas in the pre- and post-harvest safety of meat, poultry, dairy products and fresh produce and veterinary public health.
