Andrés Constantin, Abogado (J.D. equivalent), LL.M., is an Institute Associate at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law. He holds an Abogado (J.D. equivalent) degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina and an LL.M. in Global Health Law (Dean’s List; With Distinction) with a Certificate in International Human Rights Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Andrés worked for the Americas Division of Human Rights Watch on the human rights’ situation in Venezuela, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador and Honduras. He has lectured on International Law, Political Philosophy and Constitutional Law at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and conducted research on a range of topics relating to the intersection of health and human rights.
