Belinda Reeve, J.D., is a Law Fellow with the O’Neill Institute. She recently completed her PhD thesis at Sydney Law School, University of Sydney. She also holds Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Auckland, and an Honors degree in Sociology from the Australian National University.
Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Belinda worked on a project on occupational health and safety law at the University of Sydney. She has also taught in the areas of workers’ compensation, injury prevention, and health sociology. Belinda is interested in the intersections between health, law and regulation, with a specific focus on chronic disease and obesity prevention. Her PhD research explored the idea of responsive regulation of food advertising to children.
