Delfina Scagliotti is a 2023 graduate of the LL.M. in National and Global Health Law program. She is originally from Argentina.

Scagliotti is interested in the intersection between health and human rights, noncommunicable diseases, and global health governance.

Prior to enrolling at Georgetown Law, Scagliotti worked at the Office of the Public Prosecutor in Córdoba, Argentina, as a pre-enquiry lawyer. She was also a research intern for Global Americans, where she focused on democracy and human rights in Latin America and the Caribbean. She has also volunteered at FUNDEPS, where she conducted research on tobacco regulations, the right to food, COVID-19, and mental health. In addition, she served as a research intern at the O’Neill Institute.

Scagliotti holds a law degree from National University of Córdoba, where she also completed an exchange program at the Free University of Berlin. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Rights from the University of Buenos Aires. She also completed her studies at the University of Tubingen and a practicum course at the Office of Human Rights and Justice of the Supreme Court of Córdoba, Argentina.
