Ellen Suryadi is the Director of Financial Operations for the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Ellen is directly responsible for managing O’Neill’s grants and contracts and supervising the administrative team of Program Coordinators, as well as being a part of the Leadership Team to ensure O’Neill’s long-term financial sustainability.
Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Ellen served as the Grants Manager for the Law Center, where she was responsible for managing grants awarded to various Centers and Institutes. Previously, Ellen was a Budget and Grants Manager for the Center for Irrigation Technology and California Water Institute at the California State University, Fresno where she was directly responsible for managing all grants and contracts awarded by the Federal and State agencies and led a team of program managers and administrative personnel as well as collaborated with PIs. In addition, she organized and represented the Center and Institute at various conferences and policy events involving raising awareness of the water policy, education and research in water resources and management.
Ellen is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Fresno State.
