Fabian was a summer Health Law intern at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law. He was working with the Tobacco Control and Addiction and Public Policy Initiatives at the O’Neill Institute. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health from the University of Arizona, and is currently pursuing a dual concentration in Health Law and International Law from Saint Louis University School of Law with an anticipated graduation of May 2020.

Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Fabian worked as a Patient Care Technician in the Intensive Care Unit and interned on a congressional campaign during his undergraduate studies. He was a former life sciences legal intern at Jausas Legal y Tributario SLP (currently Fieldfisher Jausas) in Barcelona, Spain in the summer of 2018. Most recently, Fabian is a Lead Editor for the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law & Policy.
