Fernanda Rodríguez-Pliego, Licenciada en Derecho (B.A. equivalent), is an Institute Junior Associate at the O’Neill Institute for the National and Global Health Law working with the Healthy Families Initiative. She holds a B.A equivalent from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, in Monterrey, México and an LL.M in General Studies from Georgetown University Law Center.
Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Fer worked as a law clerk in a Federal Constitutional Court for six years, where she drafted last instance verdicts on trials involving violations of human rights. Fer is passionate about feminism, judicial decisions, and public health policy, especially in Latin America.
