Jay was an intern at the O’Neill Institute and a rising sophomore at Harvard University where he is studying Government and History of Science. He was working with the Tobacco Control and Addiction and Public Policy initiatives as well as the administrative and communications teams. In the summers of 2016 and 2017, he was an intern at the National Institutes of Health, working in the electron microscopy core of the National Eye Institute. Jay is interested in domestic health policy and health care reform research. He is a Maryland native and loves cheering on D.C. sports teams.
