Matikomborera Nyamadzi was a winter intern at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law. She is currently pursuing an LLB with a concentration in International Law from the University of Pretoria. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Pretoria.

Prior to joining the Institute, Matikomborera has participated in various moots such at as the Phillip C Jessup International Moot Court competition and the African Human Rights Moot Court competition. She has a keen interest in access to health for communities in developing countries and the impact of aid on health systems. She is a philanthropist at heart and works to aid in access to education with children in the Zimbabwean.
