Sarah Wetter is a senior associate with the O’Neill Institute.

Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Wetter worked as a law and policy analyst with the Center for Health and Homeland Security at the University of Maryland, and as a research scholar with the Center for Public Health Law and Policy at Arizona State University. She has interned with the Johns Hopkins Hospital Office of Emergency Management and with the CDC’s Public Health Law Program. While in law school, Sarah served as the editor-in-chief of Jurimetrics Journal.

Wetter holds a law degree from Arizona State University and an MPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
