Yu-Wei Chen is a summer intern at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law.
During his master’s studies, Chen maintains a work-study balance. He is a research assistant at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University School of Law, where he has assisted research involving the implications of international human rights laws on pandemic control, as well as the legislation relating to medical countermeasures in the United States. In addition, he participated in the 2020/21 John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition (19th edition), during which he had focused on policy interventions on public health under the WTO regime.
Chen holds a Bachelor of Laws from National Chung Cheng University and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University School of Law.
