Rocio Amparo Mutizabal Navarrete was a winter intern at the O’Neill Institute.

Prior to joining O’Neill, Mutizabal participated as an exhibitor at the “II Student Research Conference: Law and Current Affairs,” organized by La Frontera University in Chile, and presented on informed consent in underaged patients. Through her research, she became interested in human rights and international law, specifically regarding health-related issues.

Currently, Mutizabal is part of the Civil Law Academy of Diego Portales University, where she continues to work on informed consent in Chile, and participates in discussions regarding various topics, such as collective actions and liability.

Mutizabal is currently a law student at Diego Portales University in Santiago, Chile. She is mostly interested in international law, human rights, and health law, and plans to continue her research in said topics.
