This year the O’Neill Institute has been designated a World Health Organization Collaborating Center. To celebrate, the Institute hosted a high-level panel of global health experts to discuss the greatest health challenges of the 21st century from a variety of perspectives.

Panelists included:

  • Dr. Anthony S. Fauci
    NIAID Director, National Institutes of Health
  • Dr. Margaret Ann Hamburg
    21st Commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
  • Amb. Bonnie Jenkins
    former U.S. Department of State’s Coordinator for Threat Reduction Programs in the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation
  • Dr. Rüdiger Krech
    Director Health Systems and Innovation, Office of the Assistant Director-General, World Health Organization
