Ruslan Moustafin is a 2022 graduate of the LL.M. in National and Global Health Law program.

With 11 years of extensive experience in the various fields of law, Moustafin monitors governmental, public, and organizational practices within society to ensure compliance with all legal provisions.

Before coming to Georgetown, he worked as chief legal counsel at China Merchants SinChen, as a legal expert and consultant at the United Nations Development Programme, and as a legal consultant at a number of nongovernmental organizations. Moustafin also has experience as a project manager at Grayson Education and as legal counsel at Websolutions and Priorbank.

Moustafin holds an M.L. in theory of law from the Dalian University of Technology in China and a specialist degree in public administration and the law with a concentration in international law from the Academy of Public Administration in Belarus. Moustafin is also the recipient of several scholarships, including the Chinese Confucius Institution Scholarship and Chinese Government Scholarship.
