Phoebe Ramsey, JD, was the O’Neill Institute’s Manager of Finance and Administration, and oversees all financial, contractual, human resources, and administrative activities for the O’Neill Institute.

Previously, Phoebe served as the O’Neill Institute’s Program Administrator. Prior to joining O’Neill she worked at the American Institute for Cancer Research in Washington, DC. Phoebe started her career with the ArtWorks for Kids program at Hunt Alternatives Fund, a non-profit based in Cambridge Massachusetts that seeks to advance innovative and inclusive approaches to social change at local, national, and global levels.

Phoebe holds a Juris Doctor with honors from American University, Washington College of Law and Bachelor of Arts with honors in Political Science and History from Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
