Sebastián Alfonso Bahamondes was a summer intern at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law.

Prior to this internship, he interned at the University Diego Portales for the development and research of the annual Human Rights report for the year 2021 regarding the chapter on migration and Human Rights. During his time as a law student, he has also done several works and reports on judgments and doctrines related to different areas of Chilean law. Bahamondes has a special interest in health law regarding a more adequate regulation that can help in solving our population’s health problems and diseases.

Bahamondes is currently a fifth year law student at the Universidad Diego Portales in Santiago de Chile, Chile.
