New York, D.C. to require health-care workers to be vaccinated

People can still ask one another directly. Lawrence Gostin, faculty director of the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University, told The Washington Post that people not only have the right to ask, but “an obligation to their own health and safety to ask the question.”
