In partnership with the executive director, she develops and implements strategic decisions for the institute and works with initiative Directors and their teams to manage execution of their projects. Before that, Sadeghi was director of events for Georgetown’s Office of the Vice President for Global Engagement, where she oversaw event strategy for teams across Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the United States. She has also served in event management roles for various nonprofit and corporate entities, often joining organizations to help establish new departments and manage change during periods of growth.
