The O’Neill Institute’s Center for Health and Human Rights is pleased to present the inaugural “Judicial Dialogues on Health and the Law,” marking the first annual event in this significant series. This groundbreaking conference convenes high court judges from across the region to examine the judiciary’s vital role in upholding the right to health as a public good.
The public conference, titled “Health Rights and the Courts in Latin America and the Caribbean,” will take place at Georgetown Law and will feature justices sharing their insights and experiences with rights-based rulings on health. A livestream option with Spanish interpretation will be available for remote participants.
