Alicia D. Clements is a 2025-2026 student of the National and Global Health Law LL.M. program. She is from the United States.

Clements is interested in women’s reproductive rights and food and drug law regulation.

While enrolled at Georgetown Law, Clements serves as an active duty Air Force judge advocate. During her six years as a judge advocate, she served as a trial-level prosecutor, where she tried offenses under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. She also served as the primary legal advisor for military justice matters for two installations. Before commissioning, Clements served as an assistant state attorney in Pensacola, Florida, prosecuting misdemeanor and felony crimes.

Clements holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She has a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She is admitted to the Florida State Bar.
