Andy Bui is the finance manager for the O’Neill Institute. He is responsible for managing the budget and expenditures for all respective grants and contracts for the O’Neill Institute, as well as provides support to program coordinators and directors for each initiative at O’Neill.

Previously, Bui served as a senior financial analyst for sponsored projects financial operations (SPFO) and as the lead compliance analyst at Georgetown University. He was responsible for post-award management for medical center, law center, and main campus awards and then served as the lead trainer for onboarding and ongoing training for staff. In addition to this, Bui worked on workday improvements in Georgetown Management System (GMS), as well as conducted internal audits to ensure the University remained compliant.

Bui holds a B.A. in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland College Park and a MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus (formerly UMUC).
