Anjan Rosario is a student of the 2025-2026 LL.M. in Global Health Law and Governance. He is from the Philippines.

Aside from his focus on global health law and governance, Rosario is also interested in occupational safety, international organizations, and space law.

Prior to enrolling at Georgetown Law, Rosario clerked for the Supreme Court of the Philippines, handling a variety of legal issues, including the constitutionality of certain tax regulations and the determination of proper penalties in illegal drugs cases. He is also experienced as a legal practitioner in a domestic law firm, primarily representing clients in labor dispute resolution, corporate compliance, and due diligence.

In addition to his practical experience, Rosario has cultivated his academic interest in health law by engaging in national policy-making, including the submission of a policy paper for a medical cannabis bill in Congress and the crafting of health protocols for the 2023 Philippine Bar Exam.

Rosario holds a law degree from the Ateneo de Manila Law School and has passed the Philippine Bar Exam.
