Carol Li was a program coordinator with the Capacity-Building Initiative at the O’Neill Institute.

Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Li has had several years of experience in project coordination. She has worked extensively in global affairs and most recently at the Consulate of Canada.

Li graduated from Auckland University of Technology, majoring in international human resource management, and she served as a part-time student mentor during her studies in New Zealand.
