Elisabeth Sicoli serves as an executive assistant to the co-faculty director at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law. She provides extensive support to Michele Goodwin, the Linda D. and Timothy J. O’Neill Professor of Constitutional Law and Global Health Policy and co-faculty director of the O’Neill Institute, and assists with both faculty project work and overall institute goals.

Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Sicoli completed internships at Lockton Companies and Howard University Hospital. In her role at Lockton, Sicoli supported the Private Equity and Corporate Acquisitions Practice in providing recommendations to enhance benefits for portfolio companies and their employees. She also analyzed medical and ancillary benefits data to create benchmarking reports and presentations. During her internship at Howard, Sicoli collaborated with professionals at the Level 1 Trauma Center to understand detailed processes and initiatives and reflect them on a new website in a user-friendly way.

Sicoli received her B.A. in Biology & Society from Cornell University.
