Geeta Moni is a student of the 2024-2025 LL.M. in Global Health Law and Governance. She is originally from India.

Moni is focused on the intersection of international relations, policies, diplomacy, and global health law, with a specific interest in how national and international policies shape the development of global health law.

Prior to enrolling at Georgetown Law, Moni served as a research assistant to changemakers in the field. She analyzed health equity models, the impact of GST on cancer medication accessibility, and Dalit rights in India, contributing to policy discussions and reports for national and international organizations.

Moni holds a B.A. LL.B with honors from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, where she served as the Convenor of the Research, Review, and Readers’ Cell and an editor of the CRIL Journal for International Law.
