Holly Chapman is a summer extern at the O’Neill Institute with the Center on Addiction and Public Policy.

Chapman is a 2025 Graduate Archer Fellow at the Archer Center and the University of Texas System. She holds a Ph.D. in translational medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch, with a specialty in neuroscience and addiction.
