Julia Xia was a program coordinator with the Capacity Building Initiative and Human Resources at the O’Neill Institute.

Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Xia worked in Residence Life and Student Activities at Trinity Washington University. More recently, she was a Community Coordinator for Georgetown University’s 2021 Summer Hilltop Immersion Program.

Xia has a B.A. from Smith College in Government and is currently studying higher education administration at Georgetown’s School of Continuing Studies.
