Ling Chen is a student of the 2025-2026 LL.M. in National and Global Health Law. Chen is from China.

Chen is interested in the intersection of government regulation and market competition within health care systems, with a particular focus on the supervision, budgeting, and pricing regulation of Chinese medical insurance funds.

Chen earned an LL.B. from Xiamen University and also studied law and economics at the China University of Political Science and Law.
