Marnia Toney is a program coordinator for the capacity building Initative at the O’Neill Institute.

Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Toney worked as a virtual services manager for the Office of the University Registrar at George Mason University. There, she assisted the Registrar in streamlining communications between the office and students and ensuring that the office ran smoothly and cohesively.

Toney received her Bachelor’s degree in English from George Mason University.
