Natalia Quintana-Feliciano is a communications and event coordinator at the O’Neill Institute.

Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Quintana-Feliciano worked as a senior coordinator at PBS KIDS, where she organized conferences for show producers, writers, and game developers. She also spent several years as a senior production associate for PBS KIDS’ Distribution team, where she created YouTube compilations for the PBS KIDS YouTube channel that garnered millions of views and supported video curation on the PBS KIDS video site.

Quintana-Feliciano is a creative writer and has had her poetry published in several award-winning literary journals. She loves Audre Lorde, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and coconut flan.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from The College of William & Mary. In May 2025, she will graduate with a Master’s degree in Journalism & Digital Storytelling from American University.
