Oleg Khokhlov is a 2022 graduate of the LL.M. in National and Global Health Law program.

Khokhlov is interested in economics, data sharing, and drug discovery.

Khokhlov has been a partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner with focus in banking and finance since 2011 and was an associate at Linklaters in Moscow and London.

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and Moscow State Academy of Law, as well as completed postgraduate studies from the Moscow State University.
