Qianhan Qian is a student of the 2024-2025 LL.M. in Global Health Law and Governance. She is originally from China.

Qian is interested in health law, corporate law, global governance, and international organizations.

Prior to enrolling at Georgetown Law, Qian practiced in domestic and international law firms, representing clients in dispute resolution and rights defense. She is also experienced in non-litigation business, including VIE structure establishment and cross-border recapitalization.

In addition to her practical experience, Qian maintains a strong focus on academic study in health law and governance. She has written and published several articles, with her most recent work addressing Chinese regulation of the stem cell industry and proposing a new regulatory framework.

Qian holds a law degree from the East China University of Political Science and Law and has passed the Chinese Bar Exam.
