Riley is a summer legal intern at the O’Neill Institute.

Prior to joining the O’Neill Institute, Riley worked at the National Academies on the Board on Population Health and Public Health Practice. Riley is especially interested in the intersection of the legal system and bioethics and its impact on health equity.

Riley is currently a law student at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and an incoming Master of Bioethics student at Johns Hopkins. Riley holds a B.S. in public health and political science from Furman University.
