Stephen Sealy was the finance and operations manager for the Center for Innovation in Global Health at the O’Neill Institute.

Sealy is a certified accountant with experience in external and internal audits, home office backstopping, and field office operations. He holds a master’s degree in accounting and financial management from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Sealy is fortunate to have traveled to over 60 countries to train staff, open offices, and perform audits, investigations, monitoring, pre-award assessments, and close-outs.
