Yi-Shen was a summer intern at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law, working with the National HIV/AIDS Initiatives and helping develop the Global Health Law course. She is from Taipei, Taiwan. She holds a Bachelor’s of Laws from National Cheng Chi University Department of Law, and is currently pursuing a Master’s of Laws at National Chiao Tung University School of Law.

Previously, she’s interned at the legal clinic at National Cheng Chi University, Judicial Reform Foundation, Legal Aid Foundation, and part-timed at the Litigation Counseling Section at Shilin District Court.
