The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee’s new requirement for all U.S. Olympic and Paralympic athletes and staff to be vaccinated is a condition of working or training at USOPC sites. Lawrence Gostin, the director of the World Health Organization’s center on global health law, praised the decision and said that China will probably seek to impose an effective vaccine mandate anyway.
