As part of the Health Information Security and Privacy Collaboration (HISPC), the Department of Health and Human Services released a compendium of reports detailing variations in state law, business practices and policy related to privacy and security and the electronic exchange of health information. O’Neill Distinguished Scholar Joy Pritts authored four of these reports, with law fellow Elenora Connors as a co-author for the report on state prescribing laws:
