Launch of the Resilience Hub at Faunteroy Community Enrichment Center in Ward 7

Since 2017, CCHI has partnered with Ward 7 residents and community organizations in Washington, D.C., to develop the District’s first resilience hub, which provides public health and other community resources before, during, and after emergencies. We continue to work with community-based organizations and the D.C. Department of Energy and Environment to expand resilience hubs in Wards 6, 7, and 8.

On March 14, 2024, CCHI joined the Faunteroy Community Enrichment Center, the Resilience Hub Community Coalition, Ward 7 residents, and agency partners across the city to celebrate the launch of the District’s first resilience hub.
