This area of work uses technical analyses of international and comparative law standards to inform litigation, law and policy reform, and regulation related to reproductive health, rights, and justice throughout Latin America. This work includes critically assessing intersections between reproductive health and criminal law, such as doctor-patient confidentiality in the provision of reproductive health services and obstetric violence.
