President Biden has said he is determined to use every tool at his disposal to drive up coronavirus vaccination rates. And he has been true to his word, requiring vaccinations for 4 million federal employees and contractors. Workers who refuse must submit to regular testing, masking and distancing. He also announced mandatory vaccinations for 1.3 million active-duty military by mid-September and announced a small-business tax credit for employers to offer paid time off so that workers and their families can get vaccinated.
