This webinar seeks to share experiences from Latin America on the right to health of people with disabilities in the context of public emergencies. Specifically, panelists will reflect on concrete cases in Colombia and Chile during the COVID-19 pandemic, where petitioners demanded protection of the rights of people with disabilities in situations when governments carried out prioritization or “ethical triage” due to resource scarcity.
