Please join the O’Neill Institute on Wednesday, September 11, from 1:20 – 3:20 p.m. ET for a discussion on how recent Supreme Court decisions are reshaping administrative agency authority.

In the past three years, the Supreme Court has upended long-standing precedents, limiting agencies’ ability to safeguard the public’s health, safety, and environment. A panel of Georgetown Law experts will delve into four major setbacks to administrative agency power and their implications.

Speakers:

  • Lisa Heinzerling, Justice William J. Brennan, Jr., Professor of Law, Georgetown Law
  • David Vladek, A.B. Chettle Chair in Civil Procedure, Georgetown Law
  • Anita Krishnakumar, Agnes Williams, Sesquicentennial Professor of Legislation, Georgetown Law

Moderated by: Jennifer Li, Director, Center for Community Health Innovation, O’Neill Institute
