O’Neill Institute Presentation by Xiangyu Li and Junhua Bai, Shanghai FDA

Xiangyu Li works in the Inspection Team of Shanghai Food and Drug Administration (SHFDA) as an Officer of Drug Inspection. Li has a Master Degree in Bio-pharmaceutics Science from China Pharmaceutical University. She has eleven years working experience of inspection and investigation drug-related actions in China. Currently, she is a visiting scholar in Georgetown University Law Center.

Junhua Bai works in Songjiang District Office of Shanghai Food and Drug Administration(SHFDA) as a Vice-Section Chief of Administration Office. Bai hold a Bachelors degree in Food Science and Technology from China Ocean University and a Masters degree in Food Microbiology from East China Normal University. Bai has ten years working experience of information transparency in food and drug administration. Currently, she is a visiting scholar in Georgetown University Law Center.
