Global Health Security Conference (Singapore)
The GHSA Legal Preparedness Action Package ran two workshops on legal preparedness at the Global Health Security Conference in Singapore from June 28 to July 1, 2022.
This legal mapping workshop highlighted how countries can address a wide range of legal challenges posed by infectious diseases threats. These challenges call for developing legal preparedness tools and methodologies to support country led initiatives in order to strengthen national legal frameworks and achieve greater International Health Regulations (IHR) compliance and health security preparedness. This workshop also highlighted the work of the new GHSA Legal Preparedness Action Package.
