Miriam H. Straus is the associate director at the Center for Health Law and Policy at the O’Neill Institute, where she focuses on Medicare Advantage and commercial health care cost containment. Straus has also worked in private practice, representing health care providers and life sciences companies in a variety of litigation and compliance matters. In addition, Straus provides pro bono representation to low-income Philadelphia residents.
