The Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA) Legal Preparedness Action Package is a global initiative aimed at helping countries strengthen their legal preparedness through public and political advocacy and by developing and promoting existing guidance and capacity building tools toward strengthening global health security.
Our Work
The Legal Preparedness Action Package consists of a diverse array of members across sectors and regions, including countries, multilateral organizations, and civil society organizations, each of which bring unique expertise, experience, and perspective on advancing legal preparedness. The action package is led by Argentina, the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center, and the United States.
