The O’Neill Institute, in partnership with and supported by the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health (FNIH), will bring together key stakeholders from government organizations, international organizations, civil society, and the private sector to deliberate how the treaty can complement and empower more technical agreements of the International Health Regulations (IHR), include additional health measures, as well as criteria for legal implications of public health emergencies of international concern (PHEIC), with the focus on the prevention of pandemics.
